Adrian Seligman : Managing Director

Adrian joined CMEurope as Business Development Director in August 2009.  He became Managing Director in November 2009 having previously held positions as Managing Director of Empathy Styles Ltd and Director of Sales at PeopleTrack Ltd.  Both businesses are resellers of Chandler Macleod Group products and services in the UK and Europe.

Adrian has 11 years business development experience primarily in the commercial sector with 2 of these years spent looking after business development for the Middle East office of Boyden.

Allison Adams : Assistance Centre Manager

Allison joined the business in May 2008 and is currently responsible for the daily running and management of the Assistance Centre which provides help and advice in the use of CMyPeople and the Mettle Gauges as well as the on-line course booking system.

Prior to joining CMEurope, Allison worked for a FTSE 100 company based in Guildford as Head Office Benefits Manager which involved running the HR and payroll department as well as overseeing the administration of the company's share option schemes and other employee benefits.

Cheryl Fergusson : Operations Manager

Cheryl has been working with CMEurope since early 2009.  Her role as Operations Manager covers the range of Human Resource Consultancy services that CMEurope provides to its public and private sector clients.  Cheryl designs and delivers solutions for clients to support their capability to source, assess or develop people.  These solutions often include Chandler Macleod Group (CMG) proprietary tools, such as the CMyPeople family of psychometric assessments.

Cheryl joined the CMG in Sydney, Australia, in 2006.  Whilst there, she managed the New South Wales Project Recruitment team and delivered complex volume recruitment campaigns for clients including the Australian Tax Office and Qantas.  These Human Resource projects involved development of assessment methodologies and assessment centres, change management, job analysis and workforce planning.  During her time in Sydney she was also a key user of the CMyPeople online psychometric assessment and she brings to CMEurope experience in the implementation, administration and delivery of this tool.

Cheryl’s expertise includes resource and project management; prior to joining CMG / CMEurope, she successfully delivered high profile HR, recruitment, IT and events projects across a wide range of industries in the public and commercial sectors.

Candice Ferrando : Team Coordinator

Candice has recently joined CMEurope as a Team Coordinator, where she provides project and administrative support to both the sales and operational parts of the business.  She has a wealth of expertise in psychometric assessment, so a key focus of her role is co-ordinating technical and coaching support to CMyPeople Users.  She also manages the UK test administration services that we provide to the wider Chandler Macleod Group.

Candice’s most recent role has been working for a Consulting firm in South Africa (JvR Consulting Psychologists) which specialises in delivering evidence-based psychological assessment services to clients.  She has completed an Honours Degree in Psychology and her main area of experience is in psychometric profiling.

Rhian Coward : Marketing & Events Manager

Rhian has worked with the business since March 2005.  Initially brought onboard as Client Co-ordinator Rhian has recently taken on the role of Marketing and Events Manager.  During her time with us Rhian has worked with clients including Barclays, EMI, Silverspoon, Commercial Bank of Qatar, Daemon Group and Westmill Foods to name but a few.

Prior to joining the business Rhian worked in Sydney for the ACP Magazines, as Project & Office Manager on the magazine The Australian Womans Weekly.
